Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use pawsorbit.com (the "Site") or buy from PawsOrbit ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and manufacturing. If a product is not as described, you are entitled to the remedies in our Refund Policy and under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The total shown at checkout, including any shipping charges, is the amount you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud); if we do, we will refund any payment in full.

6. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Product use and safety

Please follow the included instructions, supervise your pet during play, and stop use if the product becomes damaged. Remove the product if your pet attempts to chew off or swallow any parts.

8. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on the Site, including text, images and logos, belongs to PawsOrbit or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
