Shipping Policy

PawsOrbit currently ships to addresses in Australia only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders and includes a tracking number.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays can occasionally happen during peak periods, customs checks or carrier disruptions. Our products are shipped to you from our international fulfilment partners.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show updates after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices shown at checkout are the total you pay for your order. Orders under A$1,000 do not attract additional customs charges at the Australian border.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at jbour.123456@gmail.com with your order number and we will help resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
