We currently ship to addresses in Australia only.

Shipping is free on every order and includes tracking.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Our products ship from our international fulfilment partners.

What is your returns policy?

Is The Zoomie Ball safe for my dog?
Please read the included instructions and supervise your dog during play. Stop using the toy if it becomes damaged, and remove it if your dog tries to chew off or swallow any parts. Every dog plays differently, so choose a toy that suits your dog's size and chewing style.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only if it hasn't been dispatched yet.
